This is a course aimed at students over the age of 45. Morning lessons (which take place in small groups of 3/4 to 7/8 students) are held together with the other students so that the Master Class participants can benefit the academic excellence we usually offer in our intensive standard program.
However, our teachers are aware of the specific needs of students of different ages, their different learning speeds, and their greater interest in the cultural aspects of Italian such as customs, festivals, history and literature.
The courses last for two weeks with 4 hours of general Italian a day and has a specific program of specially designed activities and excursions for the over 45s.
The course program includes a welcome drink, 20 lessons a week and a wide range of cultural activities for 5 days a week, including Italian cookery courses and wine testing sessions.
The cost of the course includes entrance to all museums, train tickets, dinner with a teacher, an half-day excursion and a full day trip. We are also happy to make reservations with great host families, hotels, B&B, or private independent flats.
Scheduled Master Classes are in June and September (for groups of more than 6 people, arrangement possible all year round)
